Websites for people who are the brand.

I'm Alicja. I build websites and WooCommerce stores for small brands in Poland, Norway and Canada. I also sort out the compliance and look after the site afterwards, because that's usually the part nobody wants to think about.

Three things I see over and over.

They come up with almost every site someone brings me.

Nobody can tell what you do

Someone lands on the homepage, can't work out what you sell or what to do next, and leaves. Nine times out of ten that's the writing rather than the design.

The paperwork catches up

Cookie consent, GDPR, terms of sale, VAT on orders going abroad. It's dull, it's easy to put off, and it gets a lot more expensive once it's an actual problem.

Nobody's looking after it

The build finishes and that's the last anyone touches it. A year later the plugins are out of date, the backups were never checked, and nobody can find the login.

I try to get all three right the first time round. The writing comes before the design, the legal bits are part of the build, and there's a care package if you'd rather someone kept an eye on it afterwards.

Some of what I've built.

Seven projects in Poland, Norway and Canada. Stores, clinics, studios and personal brands.

Your project here

I have got two slots open this quarter. If you are selling something you care about, I would like to see it.

What I usually build.

Scope and price get agreed before I start, so you're not watching a meter run.

01

The Brand Site

Service businesses and studios

  • Four to six pages, planned and written with you
  • Designed around your brand rather than a template
  • An enquiry or booking flow people actually finish
  • SEO basics, a speed pass and analytics
  • GDPR, cookies and the legal pages
  • A handover call, then 30 days of fixes
Depends on scopeAsk about it
02

The WooCommerce Store

Brands selling products or places

  • Everything in the Brand Site
  • Products and categories organised so people can browse
  • Stripe, Przelewy24, BLIK or Vipps
  • Shipping, VAT and cross-border tax set up properly
  • A checkout with as few steps as I can get away with
  • Order, invoice and abandoned cart emails
  • A training session so you can run it without me
Depends on scopeAsk about it
03

Rescue & Elevate

A site that exists but isn't working

  • An audit: speed, mobile, conversion, compliance
  • A fix list in priority order, yours to keep
  • Rebuilding the pages that actually earn
  • Security, backups and a plugin clean-up
  • If you don't need a rebuild, I'll say so
Depends on scopeAsk for an audit

Care packages

Every build comes with a care package, quoted alongside it. Updates each month, backups I actually check, uptime and security monitoring, and an allowance of content changes.

Google and Meta ads.

I can run these as well as build the site. That mostly matters because the two have to agree with each other.

  • Google Ads for people already looking for what you sell
  • Meta ads for people who haven't heard of you yet
  • Conversion tracking set up properly, so you can see what actually worked
  • Landing pages built for the campaign instead of pointing at the homepage
  • A monthly report in plain language, not a login to a dashboard
  • I'll say so if I think the money is better spent elsewhere

Over the same month 56% of the studio's walk-in slots were booked online, and online bookings ran about 19% higher in value than walk-ups.

How it works.

You'll always know where the project is and what's coming next.

01

First call

Week 0

Half an hour, free, no slide deck. What you sell, who buys it, what's getting in the way. If I'm not the right fit I'll tell you.

02

Plan

Week 1

A sitemap, what goes on each page, a design direction and a price. You sign it off before I build anything.

03

Build

Weeks 2–5

Design and development on a private link you can check whenever you like. Two rounds of feedback along the way.

04

Launch, then aftercare

Week 6 on

We go live, I check the compliance and turn on analytics, and record a walkthrough for you. Then 30 days of fixes, and a care package if you want one.

Your brand, translated.

I'm Alicja and Pracownia Elevate is just me. I build websites and WooCommerce stores for small brands across Poland, Norway, and Canada.

You work directly with me, which means accountability and a close eye on your project from start to finish.

Having run a business on both sides of the Atlantic, I know the admin behind the design is where projects usually break. This is why I also help with compliance, and offer care packages after we're done building.

Let's build yours next.

Send me a paragraph about what you sell and where it's stuck. I'll tell you what I think, including if I'm not the right person for it.
